Silicone Ring For the Groom

I know this isn't a review- But ladies you might want to consider a silicone ring depending on your work/lifestyle also!

I wish I had a silicone ring a few weeks ago! I'm in the military and always wore my engagement ring to work. My day to day job is in an office so I thought it was pretty normal to wear my ring-- plus it's so pretty and I love it so why wouldn't I wear It? Well, we use a sliding metal gate to lock our vehicles in the compound and my ring got caught and pulled. It was completely bent out of shape. Luckily my finger was okay, and the jeweller was able to do a repair but it'll never be 100% perfect the was it was.

Now I don't wear a ring at all because I'm scared of damaging it and I dont want to wear a fake version of my ring. Definitely will be looking into a silicone one!!

We got some silicone bands from Enso.

I picked them cause they didn't have a design/logo on the outside and were simple. They are SUPER comfortable. I wore mine this morning when I went kickboxing as I normally haven't been able to wear my engagement ring, and I barely noticed it!

We bought ours for travelling/working out when we can't wear our normal rings. I'm super happy with them.

I got one and I love it! I wear my regular ring daily but it's great for the gym, camping, gardening etc. My FH also got one as he can not wear a normal ring at work. We both will have both silicone and a fancier ring though

I think this is a great idea! My FH also has a labour job, he does high rise window cleaning so his hands are always wet and soapy and the equipment is all metal so I've been worried he'll lose it or it'll get really scratched up. I didn't even know this was an option, this could be the perfect solution to my problem. I'll have to look into this for sure!!

I've been really wanting to get a set for my fiance and I once married! They're great for work, going to the gym, gardening, vacations! They dont have to be fancy they're just for you to keep that spot on your finger warm!

I got my FH one on sale from Enso a few months ago, to try it out, because he works on movie sets and can really damage jewelery. He hates the feeling and his finger feels sweaty and uncomfortable.
He asked me to hold it for him and I put it on my thumb... after an hour I had to take it off.
They aren't too expensive, I would look for a deal and then order one and try it out.
We are still getting a real wedding band for any other time than work.

Then hes good to go and set without any worries.

My husband and I both bought silicone rings to wear on our honeymoon and when we go camping or play sports and they are great! We each got a mixed pack of 4-6 in different colours and they pretty much match with everything.

I like the idea - my FH is a Journey Man Carpenter but I am still on the fence. He would have to tell me he wants one though. As is we are getting both of ours custom made so that they match though. I remember this being a discussion a while ago - hopefully there is some more insight on this discussion.

Its different and unique. It is great for his work place to wear. Are you still thinking of the band for him too to wear out of work?

I have heard great reviews from people who work in industries where they can't wear jewelry. In this case, I think it's a nice idea to have a "work ring" and a "dress ring" if it's in your budget.

I've heard great things about these. I'm contemplating getting one for my FH as well - to wear sometimes (will still get him a regular one for the day to day), but silicone might be easier for him for work too). I'll be curious for any feedback from the brides/grooms on here too.
