Sigs Photography

Hey guys. We recently had our wedding with SIGS Photography, and honestly? It was a lot of fun. You don't expect that with a wedding photographer, but they managed to have the just perfect balance of professionalism while also making it an enjoyable experience.

Jean was kind, courteous, and cracked a joke or two. I was really impressed with the photos, and generally happy with the video too. They didn't give us the final copy of the video until we were 100% satisfied, and were willing to make revisions where we wanted them. To me, that was important as I wanted the video to be as amazing as it could be (I'm a bit of a perfectionist), and that really helped for me.

Make an interview, meet them, check out what they have. Personally, I loved what they had to offer, I think you will too.

I'm back! We had our wedding back in May with SIGS and we loved everything! I have to agree the video isn't THE BEST, its for sure more a recording of the day more so than the cute fun playful wedding videos you see online. But it was REALLY nice to have video footage of our vows and all the speeches. We did photography with them as well and I am in LOVE with all of the photos! Also they had all the photos back and edited to us in only 4 days after the wedding!

My three sister in laws used them for their weddings.
Jean does do a great job though when it comes to photography, not the best with video. He had a intern working one of the weddings and when we watched the wedding video he zoomed into a photo of the grooms brother instead of the actual groom.
He does still take the old school approach.
If video isn’t a huge #1 thing for you, than it’s a great package but if a same day edit etc is top priority be careful.
I personally booked someone else even though he’s done all of my grooms brothers weddings for this reason.

I won a package with them a well. I got a call from Marianna, who was very nice to let me know I won and did not pressure me into coming in to book. I won the package in January. I set up and appointment and met with Jean. Who was very friendly. He showed me a lot of the work they do and the images on their site and social media do not do it justice.

It know it sounded to good to be true, but once you meet them you will be glad you did. Jean customized my photography package to meet needs and budget. I cannot wait to see the end result.

I called them when I won. you definitely have to book them as a photographer too and to be frank, i didnt really loveee their work and was more so interested just because of the free videography. Also they didnt seem too professional, and after talking to me about the possibility of setting up an appointment to discuss photography in person they never tried to contact me again. I ended up going with someone that was super easy to talk to, open to discussing exactly how my fiance and i envisioned our day and how we wanted our photos to look and had a portfolio of photos i liked for a reasonable price. Our wedding hasnt happened yet but im very satisfied with our decision to go elsewhere. But if you like their prices and love their photos, I'd meet them in person and see if youre comfortable with the person who will be taking photos of your day. Good luck!

LOL I also just won this. I have a feeling everyone who filled out a ballot is a "winner". Free videography sounds nice, but if the catch is that I have to book them as my photographer as well, I will probably pass. The quality of the photos and videos they have online isn't very good. If anyone ends up meeting with them or booking them though, let me know!

This just happened to me now as well. Wondering if you have any updates as to whether or not you booked them? They must do this draw at every bridal show

I agree with everyone when I say that prize is amazing! Go look at their work, meet them in person, read reviews, ask for references, etc. I found that picking my photographer was difficult and I honestly booked one that my cousin used for her wedding just because I trusted the quality.

I agree, make an interview/appointment to meet them one on one, look at their portfolio, and interview them.

If you feel comfortable with them, go for it! That's an amazing win!

Do make an appointment and check their work out in person by looking at their portfolio. Also check their video quality of work done for other weddings. If the price is right for whats being viewed, book with them.

That's a great package to win!!! I'd suggest arranging a meeting and going in person to talk to them one on one! The bridal shows are super overwhelming I agree but going and reviewing their portfolio in person is a great way to get a good personal look at them!
