Show Me the Suits!

I know this board is mainly used by the brides but if there are any grooms here, I'd love to see suits for you and your groomsmen. Whether you went classic with a tux or modern with a suit, let's see how some of you are matching your brides. And ladies, if your partner is wearing a suit or tuxedo, show them off!


Here's what we're wearing. It's a classic one button tuxedo and a white studded shirt with French cuffs. Though the picture shows a vest, we're opting for a cummerbund as they better compliment the guys' different body shapes. I'm also getting the guys self-tying bowties.Show Me the Suits! 1

    My husband's grandmother had given him the pocket watch on a chain when he moved to Canada, so he already had it and wanted to wear it for her. My husband bought the other pocket watches for his brother and best friend as a thank you for being in the wedding. 🙂

    This is awesome! The colours go great with the season too. And I love the lapels on the vests. Did they come with the pocket chains or did you have to get those separate?

    The only thing I insisted that my husband (middle) should have was a waistcoat. I think they are really classy. He bought his suit here in Canada, and his groomsmen bought theirs in Ireland. We bought matching ties and pocket squares so all three of them would definitely match at least in some way. However, the suits all ended up matching anyways!

    Nice! We're waiting for the swatches before the girls settle on a colour. But thankfully with our black and white suit means we only need to match via the pocket square.

    Here's what my DH and his groomsmen wore Smiley love

    Originally my DH was also supposed to have a teal tie, but one of his groomsmen lost his... so if anybody is going to have a different tie it would have to be my DH... Men wore teal ties, girls wore plum dresses - these were our two main colours with copper as a third for mostly the decor Smiley smile
