Hi ladies!

We are getting married in Cozumel in May, so I already have my dress for that. However, we are doing a small elopement downtown Calgary in April which ooooobviously I needed a dress for haha.

I bought the following dress and i'm trying to figure out footwear. We will be doing dinner and heading to some fav pubs after to celebrate. I'm thinking maybe some cute converse?

I like the idea of the converse! If you are doing some pub crawling afterwards, you want to be comfortable.

I love the dress, it's beautiful! I would go with a t-strap or a slingback heel, probably a low heel, to keep the retro vibe going.

I would go with a white converse, or nude small wedge.

Alternatively, you could wear a pair of blue shoes and have that be your “something blue”, if you intend to do that.

I'll be having 2 pairs of shoes for the wedding. My ceremony shoes which I'll share a picture of the than my converse for the reception. I also have a short dress so picking the right shoes was super important knowing thag everyone will see them no matter what.

I'm having two pairs of shoes with these being my more casual ones:

Love the idea of the converse. A girl I went to high school with had a similar dress and thats what she wore. It was a great look!
