Shawl over wedding dress

We're getting married in mid September. In Ontario that could mean anything weather-wise; could be chilly, could be super hot, could be somewhere in between. Since our venue is outdoors, I want to get something that I can wear if I get cold. Is anyone else planning to have a shawl or something to wear over top of their dress? If so, where did you get it?

    I've been debating something lately... with the weather yo-yoing like crazy I'm worried for late April. But I think I'm just going to get a pashmina, I REALLY don't want to cover up all the amazing details on my dress. I'll probably just steal FH's suit coat if I'm super cold, lol

    I was once in a wedding in October and we wore these beautiful oversized large red scarfs .. I still use mine

    I'm also getting married in September and just started looking into this too. I'm a knitter so I'm going to be making my own. I was also contemplating making a shawl for my two BMs BUT I'll only consider that once I'm finished mine.

    I am getting married at the end of September and am just starting to look into something like this for myself. I am considering a blazer, a pashmina or a sweater and/or shawl.

    I love the bolero knitted. We're getting married in January. I've looked for faux fur shoulder wraps. Cooler weather it's a good idea to incorporate a wrap of some sort.Pinterest has so many beautiful ideas.Congrats on your journey

    I have asked my FMIL to knit or crochet me a shrug... I'm currently looking for a pattern for her to use... But this is what I have in mind
