Serving staff? Help!!

Hey all, were getting married in December and I wanted to order pizza - but I'm going to need maybe 2 or 3 servers of sorts to help set up the food once its delivered as it is coming 3/4 way through the event.

How would I go about this? Can you hire someone if they're not bringing their own food?

I am so lost on this one!!

    Personally - I wouldn't worry about hiring someone to do this. It could be expensive for nothing!

    I went to a wedding where a company delivered a poutine as the late night snack and all they did was place it down with paper plates and forks and everyone helped them selves. Pizza would be a lot easier - so I suggest just asking the company for paper plates or have some brought to your venue for set up and the delivery guy will place them on the table and open them up for people grab!

    In the winter my company has pizza Fridays, and the driver comes in and places the pizza on the tables, we pay, and he leaves, everyone just helps themselves with the pizza's they want.

    You'll save money this way.

    My cousin did this for his event, when the pizzas arrived the driver put them on the tables and guests just helped themselves as not everyone wants pizza.

    Is this late night food or is it the main meal? If it's late night food, do you have a caterer with staff for the main meal? If so, you can pay them to stay longer to serve the pizza.
