Send message to all guests

HI,


How do i send a message to all the guests ? There's only 3 options: online invitation, request RSVP and request address. I'm not sending an invitation and the last 2 doesn't allow me to message all the guests, only those who have not rsvp'd or i don't have an address. and the email subject would say address request.

    Hi Dianne! If you go onto our website through a desktop computer you can see the preview and customization page!!

    Thanks Lynnie. I’m just wanting to send out a really simple save the date and then follow up with invitations at a later date. I’m just a litter nervous because I can’t preview what it would look like or say within the app.

    Hi Dianne! You can send it more than once but the customization is limited, so the message would be fairly similar!!

    Can you send invites more than once? Like can I send a save the date and then later send a more detailed invitation with website link later using the invitation drop down?

    Hi Christine! You can't send emails through the WeddingWire platform, but you can send those online invitations with customized messaging!

    Here's how:

    - Log into your account

    • - Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click on 'Guests' (go to your Guest List)
    • - Right beneath the Guest List Overview, click on 'Message guests'
    • - Click on 'Online Invitation' in the drop-down menu
    • - Click 'Upload Image' to select an image
    • - Enter your wedding information and desired message
    • - Click 'Save' to keep working on it later, or click 'Save and send' to send the message
    • - Select the guests you would like to receive your invitation
    • - Click Send!

    I could be wrong, but I thought you could customize the messages? So I think you'd be able to select one fo the options and then just delete the information out. Unless it's changed?

    Hi Christine! Those are the only options for contacting your guest list through WeddingWire (online invitation, request RSVP, and request address).

    If there is different information / messaging you want to use I'd recommend sending an email!
