Selling a wedding date

Hi,
I'm looking for anyone interested in the beautiful hall Universal Event Space by Peter and Paul located in Woodbridge. My fiance and I need to sell this date as we are having family problems. I've tried to postpone the wedding but would have to pay a ridiculous fee. This is my only other option!!
