Seating charts are great to get done depending on your budget and source.

I have seen on pinterest some ways to save this cost and make your own creative style on wood or material you can use.

Check Best wedding back drops and signs so reasonable and affordable. I paid $165 for a seating chart a welcome sign and 2 social distancing signs.

That is insanely expensive. I usually get a 4x6 for $40 max. Go to a tiny shop for something like this and avoid commercial printer like TPH, Print Three, Staples or Vistaprint as they would overcharge.

I'm not really doing a seating chart. I'll have name tags with each persons name and table number on it. They can sit anywhere at that table that they wish.
I'm having a winter wedding and I found little acrylic ice cubes on marketplace for $20. We will be having family style rather than a plated meal so where each person sits isn't as important as which table... I think the red name tags were $8 for the 100 I got.

It depends on how you're printing it and how big it is. A typical 3ft x 4ft poster-sized foam core would definitely be under that budget.
