How will you share the reception seating information with your guests? Will they search for their name and table number on a big seating chart, or will they scan a table for their escort card and take it with them to their table?

Seating Chart - I will have the chart indicate the table that each guest has been assigned to, and when they get to said table each place setting will have a place card for them at their assigned spots.

Haven't thought about it. TBH I am not too concerned with deciding where people should sit and will probably just leave it open so people can decide who they want to sit with and where. We don't have anyone coming to our wedding that is super shy and/or doesn't know at least a handful of people, so we don't have any concerns about that.

I got it on Etsy from BerryBerrySweet! It’s a download, so you just type everyone’s names in then send it to get printed! Ours was 24 x 36 (but it gives you multiple different size options)

Definitely a seating chart. and organized by last name (not table number). I find it SOOO annoying as a guest attempting to find my name.
and seating charts are just way less set up/work than escort cards.
