Seating Chart Not Working

Hi there, I just opened my website for RSVPs. Based on guest responses, I want to start building the seating chart. However, whenever I select "seating chart" from the planning tools, the web page does not open and it brings me only to my "guest list" page. Is there a different way I can access and adjust my seating chart? Thank you!

Hi Aleks! First you'll need to turn on the seating functionality in your Guest List:
- Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List'
- Click the name of the event you’d like to enable a seating chart for
- Click the blue ‘Settings’ link on the right side of the page across from the name of the event
- Click the box next to ‘Create Seating Chart’
- Scroll down and click ‘Save changes’

Then you can hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Seating Chart' and you'll be able to start adding tables and guests! If you still need help please reach out to support@weddingwire.ca.
