Seating chart feature not working

Hi Lauren! Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history on your internet browser?? I also definitely think using a laptop or desktop computer would be easier for the seating chart!!

Just tried chrome and Firefox but no luck!

Does your ipad have a different browser, like Chrome? If so, try that.

Sorry I am actually using the website through safari not the app. Unfortunately I don’t have access to a computer, I just use my iPad for everything. I feel like there is a glitch with the seating chart atm because I was able to make a seating chart using my iPad a while back. I guess I will just have to wait until they fix the bug thanks for your help!

Try using the bowser on a computer. It's not just about screen size (though a computer monitor/laptop certainly helps). I just find the app overall more buggy than the site.

I am using the browser on my giant iPad Pro (screen is basically the same size as a computer). Originally I created a seating chart using my iPad a few months back and there were no issues. I was able to drag tables around and add guests to seats no problem. It just seems to be in the last few months it’s not working anymore.

Are you using the browser on a computer or the app? I find Weddingwire overall provides a much better user experience via a browser.
