This is for all my rustic brides and grooms out there!

Rustic Floral Arrangement with SignRustic Weddings 1

My fiance and I are having a rustic wedding style. Our venue is a gorgeous barn, we will also incorporate some fresh beautiful floral decor, but not too much because our venue is naturally beautiful. We are not big city people so the small town rustic feel will definitely be evident at our wedding.

Tell me how you're incorporating the rustic theme/style into the wedding. Is the main rustic look your decorations? Venue? Wedding attire? Or something else? Maybe all of that! Share your rustic theme/style ideas and inspiration!

    That's beautiful!

Were doing a rustic theme as well, I did: burlap runners, mason cars with floating candles and lanterns on slab wood for center pieces, homemade soap for favors, chicken wire 3 panel display for the seating arrangement and photo's on both sides- introduce the wedding party, got these milk can's for adventure fund, wishing well for cards, just small things here and there.

We had a pretty rustic wedding. We got married at my uncle's log cabin/farm property. We were married outside in front of the old wooden fence overlooking fields and forest and surrounded by gardens. We had our reception in his barn and we had a big fire pit outside with a camp fire going and beautiful wooden benches where people could sit to enjoy the fire.

Totally agree, rustic-chic, makes very little look like a million bucks without trying to hard, and without breaking the bank

We are having our reception in a beautiful historic property, it is full of natural lighting and wood, it even has a balcony overlooking the dance floor. We will be doing simple wood slabs for our centre pieces with some greenery and a lantern. We also are using a wooden crate for our card box (I don't have a picture). I have attached a picture of our lantern and a little display we will be using on our guest book table. Our guest book will be "Jenga" blocks the guests can sign as we love board games.

Rustic was my go-to style for my dream summer/spring/fall weddings... Now that we've gone with winter it will be a little more "glam" rustic... Formal evening wedding with all the woodsy West Coast vibes.

I love the guest book idea. We were going to do that, as my FH's friend is making us a custom table (we'd get people to sign it, seal it, then turn it into a coffee or dining table), but we have decided to keep it plain with just a monogram.

Your venue is so cute! Love it. Reminds me of a barn venue we looked at in Arizona. Looove the country feels.

I totally did the slab of wood guest book! - Pictures on my page - My venue is quite modern so Im just focusing on wood elements and fairy lights 😁
Lanterns are super cute for rustic, chalk board signs, pinecones (oh the millions of pinecones 🤣)

Your venue looks cute! We're going for "rustic-modern" so the venue is a modern-ish banquet hall, and there will be lots of rustic touches like wooden signs and lots of greenery!

Definitely with the rustic look you can go minimal and still have it look incredible! That's why with ours we are just adding a backdrop behind the head table and flowers and table decor! The venue has the lights already installed aswell as while ball lights! So we don't need to do much at all which is awesome!

What a beautiful venue!! Honestly i would go minimal on the decorations just add some twinkle lights!

All we had for decor at our wedding was wooden slabs for centerpieces with some cedar sprigs, a wine bottle and a beer growler on it. And some wine barrels sitting around. And we printed some (i think 4?) cute disney quotes and put them in rustic photo frames on the bar and welcome table. Between that and the lights anything more would have been overkill!
