How do I remove or turn off the search name field on my website so guests can't continue to search for themselves to RSVP?

I would mark the page as hidden:
Go to your wedding website, make sure you are in edit mode, then select Pages, click into the RSVP page, and it will have three options: Public, Private, and Hidden. Select the Hidden feature.
