Rsvping- It chooses the overview list and not the wedding list

I have the overview completed then I had the 4 other events with certain people invited to each of those, just confused myself hard nor realizing I put someone in on of the area's. I just don't know how if they are in multiple events, when they rsvp- i used the website. How they can rsvp to just one event

If you have a guest added to multiple events in your guest list, they'll have an Accept/Decline option for each of those events – meaning, if they want to accept the RSVP for one event and decline it for the other, they can do that.

It may be helpful for you to test this out in your account so you can see exactly how the RSVP will look!

When people are invited to multiple events, will it give them a chose to rsvp to one event or will it rsvp to both events?

You have to add the guests to your wedding... I had the same problem because there are like 4 events listed there.. wedding, shower, engagement party I think and something else so it lets you pick which guests from your overview list are invited to each event.

Once you add any the guests to the particular event then it will let you send the RSVP if you wish to do it that way.. and you can change the status of each guest to confirmed or declined when they get back to you.. it shouldn't send anyone anything unless you select that and you can make sure you are sending for the proper events.

The way the guest list works is that your guests will be able to RSVP for any event their name appears listed under. For example, if Ann Smith is in the Wedding and Bridal Shower guest lists, she'll be given the ability to RSVP for both of those.

The Overview is just a "home" for all your guests, whether they're in an event or not. This list does not impact the RSVP.

I would just encourage you to make sure you have your guests in the correct events!
