RSVP on wedding website

Michelle, on April 14, 2019 at 17:07 Posted in Tech support 0 8
HelloSmiley smile I'm wondering if anyone is having the same problem as I am. I made up my guest list, went to go test out the RSVP part on the website and I noticed that some guests aren't popping up. I went back to confirm they were spelled correctly or even inputted, and they are. Any idea why thats happening? I want to figure this out before I tell my guests to RSVP on the website!!

Hi Elaine! You do not need to create a WeddingWire account in order to RSVP to a wedding. Just type in the exact website URL they sent you and RSVP through their wedding website!

If you're having trouble you can reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@weddingwire.ca.

Where do I rsvp for the wedding invitation I received. I have tried everything with no luck. Do I have to create a account in order to rsvp to the invitation. I can’ even find the couple on wedding wire.

I am having this same issue. Numerous guests are not showing up when you search them in the RSVP tab. Yet they are all listed in my guest list. How are my guests supposed to RSVP when they can't even find their name?

I have posted a seperate discussion as well as sent an email to help@weddingwire.com and got a response saying they are experiencing higher than normal email volumes.

Hopefully someone can help and get this issue fixed as it seems to be a re-occurring issue for multiple people using this app.

Hi Michelle! What you'll need to do is open up the Wedding event in your guest list, and then use the +Guest button there. Any guests whose names appear in that Add Guest popup are names that are not yet in the Wedding event, so you'll just need to Select All (if you want all names in that event) and add them. Hope this helps!

Hi Michelle! Like Becky mentioned, I'd recommend you make sure that all your guests have been added to the event within your guest list that you're using to track RSVPs – usually "Wedding". Unless your guests' names are listed in that event, their name won't show up in the RSVP search!

    HI Michelle,

I am sorry to hear this is happening! I have tested mine out and they all worked fine. When you try and search for them, are you searching by both names (first and last) or just one or other? I would try to search by just one. I would also make sure because under the different lists they are under the correct list that is connected to your website. There is the overview list and wedding list. I would make sure the person is on wedding if this is what they are rsvping to
