Hey guys. Is anyone having problems with rsvps through wedding wire website? Initially I was getting an email every time someone rsvp’d and it would show up in my guest list in the app. Now I’m seeing ppl rsvp when I search them on the website but it’s not showing up in the app??

Hi Danielle! Have you received any new RSVPs since the last notification in your inbox? On the app have you made sure that you are clicking into the Wedding event tab?

So initially when guests rsvp’d we would get an email and when I opened the app on my iPhone it would show them as attending. Now I have stopped getting emails and the app is not showing ppl have rsvp’d even though they have. When I open the website on my laptop and go to rsvp and search guests names they come up as confirmed but on the app it still shows them as pending. Very confusing and now we aren’t sure who has rsvp’d and who hasn’t. Are other people having this issue and how can we fix this??

Hey Danielle, can you tell me a little more about what is going on? You can see guests RSVP in the desktop version of the site, but not from your phone? You mentioned emails, are you still getting email notifications or have those stopped? What browser and what phone are you using to check your RSVPs? Are you using the latest versions? Are your guests having any difficulty submitting their RSVPs?
