Anyone else getting complaints Guest cant RSVP on the website Because they cant find their name?

    Hi Ricardo, are your guests still having this issue? Have you spoken to our tech support team? Have you checked that these guests' names are spelled correctly in the guest list? Could the issue be nicknames (ie you entered them as "James" but the guest is searching for "Jim")?

    The website with your names on the invitation should be working for them unless the names have been placed as couples or family. It may best to post in the Tech Support to get some answers to your issue.

    I don't have insight but i have tested out my website and played around with it a little and i do find that if the way it was inputted is slightly off it messes with the website. alternatively you could always go into the guest list and manually change it
