I absolutely adore peonies.. I’d have a bouquet of only peonies if I could. But sadly they are not in season for my wedding. So I’m going to have garden roses in my bouquet instead.

I love peonies but always think about the ants coming out of the bouquet After being freshly cut from my mom’s garden.

Both are great options.
Roses are for bright coloured to contrast with light colours and white.
Peonies have a lighter tone that goes well with bright linens/dresses or even black.

I prefer Rose's but I understand how costly they can be. For my centerpieces going with the cheapest flower I just care more about the colors!

I love BOTH! I am going to use a combination of roses and ponies, both in the bouquets, and for the centre pieces - of course they will be PINK!
