I just talked to someone at the bridal fantasy show that represented the Jasper lodges and she said it would be highly unlikely She did mention that you could discuss it with the chef at the hotel you are planning to have your wedding. Please share an update if you contact them and they would be open to outside catering. I'm in the same boat
