Long story short, my vendor who we found on weddingwire with perfect 5 stars reviews, refused to perform in my wedding and refused to return my deposit, and refused to have any communication with me ( block me and not replying) a week before my wedding. Of course I left one star review ( she had another 1 Star review that is the same problem as mine) after I left my review, I even got threats( asking me to drop this or they will let me disappear)

A couple days after, we found our 1 Star reviews are all removed and she is premium now. So now she has perfect all 5 stars and waiting more victims to come. We emailed to Weddingwire and asked to put our review back. No response. I have the invoice and contact showing she was really my vendor. Weddingwire doesn't even ask me. They just removed my review without notifying me.


Don't trust the reviews!

    Team reached out saying my review was back on, however, it wasn’t. My reviews was still hidden and not showing on vendors page.

    That’s ridiculous. I’ve contacted venders and exclusively looked at weddingwire reviews. Thank you so much for posting this

    I did. We tried all the possible help, support emails. We only had one response saying it should go to reviewinquiry @ theknot.com

    I didn’t include the full name in my review. My review were calm and not emotional. I can’t submit another review coz weddinwire block/dispute me!

    It’s odd that weddingwire didn’t ask my side of story or notify me when they removed my review. We emailed their IT help and no response.

    We all have to be careful to not put the information the site asks if the review may be bad. It does seem odd to ask any of us to remove the review due to the lack of the vendors service. There are restrictions on basis they may decide to remove the review, though it should be notified first to edit or change first.

    Oy, that sucks. Are you able to submit another review? Try not to use the person's full name because that's grounds for it to be removed.
