Resetting Checklist to Default

I was playing around with the checklist and deleted some items (not just checking them). Now I want to use the checklist as if I started from scratch but I do not see a way to do this. Is there a way to bring back deleted tasks and reset the checklist back to its default as if for a brand new user. Any help is appreciated!
