Resending invitations?

Okay so we postponed our September wedding to next year. We had sent out invitations and rsvps. For other people that did this are you resending invitations and rsvps? Are you doing online now? How will you go about it?


On one hand I don’t want to resend everything but I also think it would be the best way to get all our information to guests!?
Open to suggestions and would love to hear what others are doing!?

    I would email them all or re do your website and keep it updated so people can keep checking it.

    Save the cost on making a new batch of invites and use social media, email and text as notification to all your guests. All your information is the same as would have sent.

    Yes okay!! We sent the new date via social media/email/text, but felt the same way about the new date, and being so far away!

    So we hadn’t sent our invites- just about 30 of them to immediate family. But yeah we plan to resend them next year. Jenna @thepolkadotpapershop has been amazing! If you were a previous client they are doing free save the dates- and she’s being amazing about changing our invites to new invites

    We didn’t re-send our save the dates. We only emailed/texted/called everyone to notify them of the date change. We consider that the new “save the date”. We told people they can hold onto our old invites as everything is the same, if they want to keep it as a reference. But since we pushed our wedding from June 2020 to September 2021 we will be sending new invites next year! Smiley smile we felt the new date is too far away and we want people to have the information again and re-RSVP!
