Request a vendors

I added a new vendor but when I click "hired" it doesn't save. Is there a way to save the new vendor?

We can only award contest entries for vendors that have an account with WeddingWire.ca. The vendors needs to validate your entry requests, and confirm that they did actually meet with you or book you as a client.

You can invite your vendors to sign up for a free account on WeddingWire, and then if they do you can request contest entries. They can sign up for a free account here: Grow your business with WeddingWire!

Yea but not in the contest

OK its done but if i want to submit for contest, is not there?!?!

To keep track of your wedding planning, you can add vendors who are not on WeddingWire through the My Vendors tool. Click on My Vendors under Planning Tools, then click on Add Vendor. There's a pop-up window where you can start entering the vendor's business name, and if your vendor does not show up you can click on 'Can't find your vendor? Click here'. The next window will let you enter their business information, and then click Add vendor at the bottom to finish the process!

However - you can not earn entries for the WeddingWire Contest from vendors who are not on WeddingWire. For more information, check out: Did you hire a vendor who is not listed on WeddingWire.ca?

This page! And I click where it says “6 vendors booked” and it allows me to add new vendors there

This really frustrated me until I figured it out! I’m usinf the app so on the home page there’s a list of options that come up for me, it says guests confirmed , tasks completed and vendors booked. So if I click on vendors booked an option comes up to type in a vendor, so I do, and it tells me it can’t find my vendor and says “Add New”

Yes but the option is not there to add one, see the picture i add

If you’ve already chosen your vendor and want to add them under the vendor catagory, you start typing in and then the option comes up to add another vendor. Does that answer your question?
