Remove Last name from rsvp page

Does anyone know how to remove the last name prompt from the RSVP page? We didnt put last names in because there were some that we did not know the spelling and such, Now our guests are having trouble RSVPing because they are putting the last name in, and it is saying found 0 guests with that name
