qr code printed doesn't work.

I printed the QR code for RSVP, it worked really well after I got the card from Canvas. But after 1 month, I just check it again and it doesn't work. I'm so confused what is wrong with the QR CODE. I designed the QR CODE on Vistaprint Website and It worked super good after that! Does anyone have a same issue with me? And what should I do now? My date will be on October. Plz give me some ideas.
