Problem with my wedding website food choice section

We have just recently sent out our invitations and are getting peoples RSVP's through our wedding website. I am having a problem with the meal selection feature as it will only allow one person from each family to select their meal choice, after that it does not register any more choices for further guests...has anyone else had this problem with the wedding website? If so, how can I fix it so that my guests can RSVP for their whole family through the website?

    I'm sorry you are having difficulties. It seems you weren't the only one as I did a discussion search. I think I will move on to theknot website for this reason. I hope you figure it out. I read that if you log out and log back in it may allow for another entry. Also using a desktop rather than a mobile device works better.
