Printing a name & address list

If you go to Planning Tools > Guests > select which event in the Overview section > Then you can Export the file that will include the guest information (including address - as long as it was entered on WeddingWire)

Oh, so sorry! I misread the first part of your question. It allows us to download our guest list as an Excel document but to be honest, it included ALL of the information when I tried it. I ended up just retyping the information on Avery, which I can log back into to edit anytime. Sorry! lol I can't seem to answer your question

We've been using Avery WePrint™ Custom Printed Labels and Cards. We purchased a pack of individual address labels from Walmart. I went online, prepared the labels with our guests' information, downloaded a pdf version directly from the site, and printed them myself
