Points not working properly?

I thought I would point out that the points don't seem to be consistently working. I really don't care about accumulating the points, but I have noticed that sometimes after posting, no points are being awarded and if I check my total points based on what it was previous to answering, they haven't changed.

Thought I would mention it in case there is a bug that needs to be fixed.

    Is anyone else also noticing that they are not receiving their badges/medals? How long does the site take to recognize that you have completed the requirements to obtain a medal on your profile? I made my first response to a discussion today, as well as started my first discussion and was the first to respond to a discussion and I didn't receive any of the badges that I thought I would have received.

    I noticed it too on my phone, if it takes a long time to load, it doesn't give me points
