I've seen a few things online showing pictures of the bride n groom as kids... is this something people are doing at the reception ? Is it weird? thoughts...

I think this would be really cute as table numbers, depending on your theme! On table 9 you could have a picture of each the bride and groom at 9 years old, that sort of thing!

We are doing a video of our pics that will play throughout the reception. I'm having a ball going through all his sister's photo albums finding his old pictures Lol, we are also including our pics since being together.

I've seen it at many weddings. Others had a presentation on screen as part of the speeches. We opted not to do that, but it's definitely something that's normal to do.

I think it's an adorable idea! You can use them to decorate around the venue during the cocktail hour, maybe near the guest book or the gifts table. Get some pretty frames, put some bud vases near them, and it'll be totally cute.
