I wouldn't risk it, especially for your wedding dress. I've seen too many posts the internet showing the differences between the picture and what they actually get when ordering dresses online. Google it, it's actually kind of funny. I'd stick to a place where you can physically see the dress, feel the material and talk to a real person.

I have searched everywhere and cannot find a single review. I wouldn't chance it. It looks too good to be true.
