Oh good idea, I will give them a try. Just worried about them cutting off at a weird place and being able to see it through the dress.

I didn't want anything too strappy that might cut in. Aerie has no show, real me (lots of skin tones) and seamless so I bought one of each to try in the months leading up to the wedding. I'm really pale (and my tush never sees the sun) so I found a great light nude that is really close to my skin tone.

Yeah it’s hard to find underwear that won’t show under fitted dresses

Honestly, if you can do it with your dress, just don't even bother lol. It was more of a pain in the butt, and I wish I didn't worry about them at all lol

My seamstress put cups into my dress since it was backless with buttons running down the back. This way I didn't have to worry about a bra, the girls were safe in there.

As for underwear, I just wore a regular thong that I knew would be comfortable. my dress was fit and flare with a lot of detail so there was no concern with seeing any lines.

Honestly, by the time dinner was done, they were off anyways. I was going to the bathroom a ton, and it was a pain in the butt to worry about taking underwear on and off while lifting the dress and making sure it wasn't getting dirty lol. Just a little bit of wedding day truth!

Just high waisted nude seamless underwear not a fully spans situation but it does smooth things out a bit. My dress is aline so not too concerned.

Illusion back so we’re going braless too!

I have an offbrand spanx band that I call my 'tummy tamer' and then just white seamless underwear. My dress fits better without a bra and my dress supplies more support than a bra ever has anyway.

Just wearing nude seamless underwear. I don’t have much in the way of boobs and since my dress is a high neck and has boning in it, I don’t feel the need to wear a bra. - more comfortable and looks better.

My dress has a low back so I’m going to wear a sticky bra and hope for the best. I’m also investing in a pair of Spanx shorts to suck in my waist some more. God help me.

Because I had an illusion back:

Personal question!!! What are you wearing under your dress? 1

As well as it was my entire back... I wasn't able to wear a bra or shorts! I ended up just wearing my underwear and my garter! Made sure to use deoderant on my legs to avoid the thigh rub though.

The cut and neckline have a big impact.
My dress is backless so I'm going braless (maybe a little support tape to keep the girls in place!) And I have a flesh toned seamless thong for undies. If my dress weren't fitted I might have gone for something else, but I've tried these on and they're comfortable.
