pdf download button not working for seating chart

I am trying to download the pdf version of my seating chart but when I click the pdf button it doesn't do anything. I tried a couple different browsers but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

    If you have pop-up blockers, that might be the reason why it's not letting you download. I'd try loosening up the security with regards to pop-ups and try again.

    Are you doing it on a phone? If so, try on a PC.. Anything seating chart related I only ever did on a computer at work, otherwise I had issues.
