Password difficulty on iphones/tablets logging into a wedding website

Hello,

I have had some of my guests unable to sign into our wedding website from their phones and tablets, only from laptops. I have tried it on my own iPhone and have had the same problem. It will indicate that the password it wrong, even though it is not. Am I missing something? Or is this just a glitch? Thanks for any input!
