Panic!

I just need a place to panic for a moment.

I emailed the caterer last week (Monday) and still have not heard a thing from her. Panic is setting in since the wedding is this coming Saturday.


Planning a wedding from 4 1/2 hours away is stressful.


Anyone else with September weddings panicking a little?

    Sorry for the late reply. I got caught up in the last week of wedding prep.I ended up calling the caterer and all was fine, she just forgot to reply back to my email. Haha.Food ended up being really good!

    PHONE CALLS every day!!! Alot of people don't check their e-mails regularily!

    Id be freaking out too, I know the planning from away we are planning from Nova Scotia but getting married in Newfoundland.

    I would call. Sometimes vendors don't check their emails enough.

    I agree with everyone - give them a call. Some vendors are horrible with returning emails but are really responsive to calls.

    I'm getting married in 11 days and am definitely feeling the freak out factor for sure! So I understand feeling stressed! My wedding is local so I can only imagine how much more difficult it would be if it wasn't...stay strong! You got this!

    I would badger them politely by phone and e-mail and Facebook if necessary.

    Definitely give them a call!! Maybe they respond better by phone than by email? Call them up, leave them a voicemail if they don't respond, and reply to your last email again saying you're waiting for an answer!!

    The caterer I've been talking to takes days to reply to email but picks up on the first ring when you call him! I agree with everyone else; you should call!

    Yeah, I also suggest calling. Might be busy. Might have seen the email and just failed to respond. Monday/Tuesday are probably the quietest times to go.

    Why don't you call the caterer directly. Sometimes they get so busy they don't have time to check email regularly. I would call.
