Our Original Wedding Invitations arrived!!!

As some of you know, I was told the day before my Mom & I were to pick up our Wedding Invitations to mail that they weren't in and there was a possibility we'd need to start from scratch and choose a different design. I am just thrilled to share that our Original Wedding Invitations arrived to our Guests giving them just over 2 months notice. The Invitation Lady sent out "We're getting Married " postcards 1 week before our Invitations came in just in case so our Guests knew the date. What a sigh of relief!!! It's so exciting to be getting RSVPs!

    They are beautiful! Glad everything worked out. How awful she didnt acknowledge or was not even aware of how much stress she caused.

    I told her that I appreciated her sending out the postcards and that our Invitations are gorgeous. I then said i needed to get some things off my chest. I told her that we live almost an hour away but choose to go with her because she was so nice & knowledgeable. I told her that my Mom and I had been filled with such excitement and she took that experience away from us. To say that she looked shocked is an understatement! I had been emailing & calling from Dec 6 when deposit was given until I finally reached her by phone Dec 22. She said then that my emails all went to her junk folder. When I asked about my voicemails, she didn't know if she'd received them... I saw red. When I explained how much stress shes caused us, She said she guesses she should start checking her junk mail... I said I'm saying as a Professional, you should've been reaching out to me knowing we were on a strict timeline. I asked why she didn't communicate to me that the company was out of the card stock we liked etc. The bottom line is, that in my opinion, you dropped the ball and this was a huge stress and worry we certainly didn't need & that I am disappointed. She was stuttering in surprise. I'm just so grateful we have our Invitations and that this weight has been lifted!

    Thank god! All's well that ends well!! I just hope that this vendor learned their lesson about communication with customers...
