Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, photographer

We are Eloping in Banff in November then flying off to the Hard Rock Resort in Nuevo Vallarta. I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a cool, active shoot photographer in that area. Want something a bit different with our wedding outfits on. Not sure where to look. Which photographer to go with. Or what is in that area. I know we could probably have the local resort photographer take some pic on the beach but is there anything around there that would be differnt. For example my friend had her wedding shoot underwater in the cenotey in Tulum.
