Here are a few tips about this fabulous Community to get you up and running!

Groups
We have groups for the various topics you may want to discuss. We have several planning-related groups such as Plan A Wedding, Honeymoon, and Beauty. We have Regional Groups where you can plan along with others in your province. And we have extra categories like Just Married, Living Together, and Tech Support. And if you're worried about posting in the wrong group, don't be! We have a discussion to tell you all about which group to choose, and if any discussions get placed in the wrong category we will move it for you.

Discussions
Within groups are individual conversations, called discussions. You can start a discussion at any time to ask questions, share ideas, and talk about all your wedding planning experiences. Whenever you are posting, remember to keep our Community Guidelines in mind! And make use of the Search feature at the top of the Community page to discover if the questions you are looking for have already been posed to the Community - then you can jump right into the conversation and keep it going!

Profile
When you are getting started, your profile might look a little bare, but it's easy to complete. Start by uploading a profile picture that will help us get to know you, fill in the date and location of your wedding, write a short bio that will display on your profile page, and complete your wedding style board with information like the season you'll be getting married in or your colour pallet. This will help you to find other members to share ideas with!

Wall
Want to write a public message to another member? Want to get back to a discussion you recently posted in? That's what the Wall is for! Each member has a wall that you can comment on, and your own wall will have a record of what you've been up to around the Community.

Friends
The Community is full of friendly people who can't wait to meet you and plan along with you. If you find a member who you'd like to be friends with you can send them a request by clicking Follow on their profile. Then head to your Friends list on your profile to see all your friend requests. Messages
Want to chat with your friends privately? Need to ask one of the community Administrators a question? Send a message from your inbox! Here are instructions to help you send and manage your messages.

Games
Just about every week there's a new game or quiz to play in the community. These are special series of questions made up by one of the Community Managers. We want to hear from you! Look out most Mondays for these new games and get ready to have some fun!

Planning Tools
These aren't a part of the community, but they certainly are a very important part of your WeddingWire account! As a WeddingWire member you have a range of fabulous planning tools at your disposal, including a budget tracker, a comprehensive to-do list, a table planner, the ability to create a wedding website, and more. You can find them all under My Wedding in the top navigation bar, and we have tutorials you can check out in the Tech Support section of the community.
