New invitations/save the Dates

We have now changed our plans again and postponed our 08/08/2020 wedding to 08/14/2021. We are going to send out new save the dates and invitations. We did a Facebook announcement that we have postponed and emailed those who has RSVP'd. We did our original save the dates through Vista print and they issued me a credit. Our printers for invitations I know so they will make new ones for me at a discounted price. I cannot decide if I want to use the same designs or new ones. Anyone want to share your invitations for inspiration?

    Its up to you. i would probably do something different like a laser cut print or an acrylic one

    Postponement Announcement seems fitting for guests to know your date has been changed with a different pattern than the original. The invitation itself doesn't seem to be remade if your information remains the same for timing and venue if it has been sent. The invitations not sent out, then yes to new ones created with the proper date. I would stick to the same design of the invites to stay consistent.

    I would do something different, but maybe in the same color family or with a detail that connects them (like a similar geometric design or flower).

    We’re doing different ones.


    We loved our save the date magnets from staples but they weren’t in the budget to re-do again.
    So we ordered postponement cards from Zazzle and we will send those out so people know the new date.
    We’re going to also order new invites, we don’t have the budget to re-do our original pocket invitations and our invite place wasnt willing to give us a discount. So I’m going to design them myself and hope it all works out!
