Nervous Wreck Over My Dress

Everyone here is totally right. Confidence makes an outfit and seeing how relaxed and confident you'll be will make it that much more appealing to him.

He will love it because you do!

I totally agree with everything that the pp's have mentioned! As long as you love your dress and feel happy and confident, this will shine through onto your face! You will look absolutely beautiful on your wedding day!!

That first moment he sees you he will barely even see the dress, he will see his gorgeous wife beaming at him. You loving the dress and feeling your best will make you even more beautiful in his eyes.

So don't worry! But also don't show him. Men have completely different taste in women's fashion (if any...) and his opinion will be for all the wrong reasons. I showed mine all the photos of all the dresses I tried on and he liked the ones that I hated and hated some of my favs, and for weird reasons like "that one looks itchy" or "but I don't like buttons" if he even notices the dozen buttons on my dress at our wedding I will be amazed...I suppose he might notice them after our wedding

He will love it because he loves the person who is wearing it and you love it and will look stunning in it! My FH once said to me that he would marry me if all I had to wear was a paper bag! We were reading The Paper Bag Princess to our children at the time so that is where that reference came from. He was trying to be sweet and make a point, that it doesn’t matter what I wear as long as he gets to marry me! So I am pretty sure that is true of your FH!

I agree with Tori! If you love the dress that's all that matters. You wouldn't want to wear something you didn't feel comfortable in to please your FH.

Plus, I think when a bride loves what she's wearing she glows and that's what is most attractive about a bride!

Don't worry!!! I'm sure we all want(ed) our F/DH's to like our dress - but at the end of the day they really won't care what it is you are wearing as long as you still agree to get married

As long as you like it that's all that should matter. It's not like you can do anything about it at this point - you're not going to sell it and buy a new one just to please him right?
