Need some advice on shoes

Hi guys, so I just ordered two pairs of shoes online for the big day (couldn’t find them in store and couldn’t decide which to pick). I love them both but I think I prefer the pink ones. However, they might be a smidge too small? They are size 8. When I stand my toes go over the sole a bit. And the tie doesn’t go all the way around my ankle. I am thinking of ordering the next size up (8.5) to try them on but it’s $50 duties.. and I’ve already paid $80 duties.. and these duties fees I can’t get back when I return them. What do you guys think I should do? Spend the extra $130 on duties for a *maybe* better spending shoe? They don’t feel small on my feet really.. just look it.. and my gown is full length . The gold are the same size and fit better though not by much
