Need help. How do i add payments in my budget?

I'm trying to keep my budget up to day but with all the deposits I've put down it's tough. How do I add the payments so that my total keeps in line with what I'm spending?

    When you go to your budget - click on the $0 or whatever amount you have under PAID for whatever category you would like. This will then trigger a pop up on your computer screen showing

    AMOUNT C$ Paid (Insert checkbox here)

    DATE PAID +Payment due by

    PAID BY (NAME) +Payment method
