Hi everyone!
So I've looked at quite a number of vendos all over the GTA. I feel as though I know every possible vendor there is to know, because I've looked at these over and over again, and contacted a long list of them. However on the wedding wire I've been in contact with about 24 vendors.
Since I was so indecisive about what I wanted, I looked at a variety of locations for ceremony and reception vendors. From city park permits in Toronto, Vaughan, and Markham, to Conservations sites, to Botanical gardens.
At this point my most interested vendor would have to be the Miller Lash House. It has a beatufiful outdoor garden, with a staircase leading into an open green area, where you can have your ceremony. They also provide the bridal room. However for a reception I would choose to contact a separate venue, such as one of the many restuarants I have looked into. But I am concerned about travel time for guests, since the best restaurants are in Toronto a but further away from here.
I also contacted the Toronto Botanical Garden, which I think is lovely venue to have both ceremony and a cocktail style reception. The ceremony area has a small waterfall in the backdrop and from what I;ve seen it looks simple yet beautiful. There is also the option to choose from thier reccomended caters, or bring in your own.
The wedding wire vendors included transportation services such as GTA Limo Service and ROlls Royce Classic Limos. I have been entertaining the idea of getting an old car for our transportation, and possibly a limo for my immediate family. Just to make the occasion fun and extra special for them as well.
