My dj actually throws it in our wedding package for free to co-ordinate with all of my other vendors on the day of; providing timelines and making sure everything is set up at my reception hall on time and what not. Also the owner of the banquet hall does the same thing so with them working together, my FH and myself won't have to worry about anything and neither will my wedding party. I am sure knowing me I will try to step in just to make sure everything is running smoothly anyways as I like to know everything that is going on at all times!

My mom and my sister will be my coordinators- in charge of remining us of timelines and coordinating with transport etc.
