Mix or Match: Bridesmaids Dresses?

So far we’re opting not to have a wedding party but if we did it’d be mixing.

Matching! Although I have seen some gorgeous mix and match dress choices I personally just prefer matching

I am in love with the mix and match, just nervous I wouldn't pick the greatest mix and match! would see if the place had ideas

We had plan to do all different dresses, but in the same colour. I figured that would be the easiest way to accommodate everyone's body types. But then we found one dress that all the girls loved, so we just went with it!

I love the idea of mix and match styles and a two tone color scheme for the dresses. I've seen tons of them on pinterest and im just in love!

I picked the color i want and the girls went out and tried on a bunch of dresses and picked there favourite designer. All the dresses are the same color from the same designer but diffrent styles. No one styke looks good and everyone and i wanted them to love their dresses.

The Mix and Match photo throws my OCD in a frenzie!! NO THANK YOU!! My ladies are same colour, same style (lace + chiffon), but different tops.

Everyone will be in the same shade of grey. Still figuring out the style of the dresses but they'll have same fabric and hem length but otherwise they can pick their own neck line.

I havent decided yet, but definitely thinking a mix n match style: coordinating colours of rose gold and blush/peach.

I am mixing it up! 4 colours (along the same scheme of blue/grey) with 4 styles that are slightly different depending on the girl. Groomsmen are all in the same colours but different from all the girls.

Since I am going with separates for the bridesmaids, I have given my two girls the option of two tones of green for the skirt and two styles of skirt to choose between. Interestingly enough, they both chose have a different option from each other. So it will be a matching but mismatched look. For tops, i have given the girls carte blanche to choose their own top so long as it is black. And since it will be a winter wedding, they may want to consider long sleeves!

I am leaving the choice of the dress to my bridesmaids I want them comfortable so they can pick their own style.

I haven't decided if I will do all one colour or if I will do different hues of the colour.

Mix and Match! I have two colour options for my girls, teal or purple. I don't care about the style they wear, however, I will approve the dresses before they buy - just to make sure it won't clash with any one else's. I want them to be comfortable in something they may even wear again

I don't know for sure. As long as they're the same colours, I don't mind different styles, but since I've only got two bridesmaids, we might very well find a dress that suits them both.

Mix n match! I love the idea of all my girls wearing different dresses, this way they all will be happy and comfortable. I'll pick the colour and they pick the dress!

I gave my bridesmaids a colour and told them to get whichever dress they wanted. They all ended up picking the same dress haha

it was actually easier for me to do, 2 of my girls live in different provinces, and another one lives in another country, so I wanted everyone to be able to have lots of options where to buy their dress. So I gave each one a colour and let them find something they liked. My dress is very simple in terms of fabric, so I let them play around with textures too. This is what it’s looking like so far.

Matching colors, no idea for styles. FH would like them to be all the same, I don't really mind. I don't know what the girls want yet

All the girls picked the same designer and I picked a colour. But they were free to pick whatever style. Worked out that three of the girls loved the same style and the MOH picked a different style.

I like matching colour for sure. I gave my girls several options of dresses in the same colour and they ended up picking the same style.

Ahhh, I'm definitely the matchy-matchy-matchy bride... haha. I'm doing my best to find the trifecta of flattering shape, flattering colour, and budget friendly price for all of my girls. My OCD is too far gone to not match.
