Missed meal selection

I have my guests currently RSVPing on the wedding wire website. My only issue so far is more then half of the guests don’t see the option to pick a meal. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you get people to see it? We have it written on the invitations, the home page of the website and on the RSVP part of the website and people are still missing it! I’ve checked and the option is there. I’m getting frustrated by chasing people for their meals
