Menu option on rsvp - how to get rid of this?

We don’t currently have our meal options and would like to remove the meal choices from when our guests rsvp. How can this be done?

If you're doing your own invites you can just delete it.
I made mine on vistaprint and I deleted the menu selection.
I added something else in it's place but you should be able to just edit away whatever you don't need.
