Menu addition not working

I'm trying to add a new menu item, but it's not letting me enter the full name of the meal. I was able to enter the full names of the other menu items, even though they're much longer! I even tried to copy and paste another item name in that same box, and it's not letting me enter the full name. Why do I have a character limit of some kind on some menu items and not others?!

    Thank you! While waiting for them to reply, I also realized that I was able to make the change when using the app instead of the website. Thought I'd update in case someone else has this issue!
