You'll also be asked what your vision is. Be careful with this because anything can be created for a price. Always ask, "Is there a less expensive way to do this?" Unless there's an endless bag of money, every bride should be asking this question. The wedding industry jacks up prices so much, it's ridiculous. Marketplace did a story on this last year I think. You can probably find it if you go to CBC Marketplace.

You'll be asked what your budget is. If I were you, I wouldn't give her your top amount. If you give her an amount that has been reduced by a few thousand dollars, you have some room to work with in case there's something you really want but isn't in your original butter. It's called a 20% contingency fund. Keep 20% of your budget for things you didn't expect to come up. So if you expect to spend $10,000 tell her $8,000.

They are very detail oriented , they had developed a rough budget on a spreadsheet based on our phone conversation this morning prior to the meeting . They had even already contact various vendors they have relationship to help cut some of my expenses.
I had mentioned in my post that I already found a venue. Well I shared this with them and I am suppose to go out my deposit down tomorrow at 5pm. They told me about another venue that is even better and more beautiful and they will take to me look at it tomorrow morning so I can make a more informed decision.

I would ask exactly what the job covers and what you can expect from them. Since you already had the meeting, how did it go?
