Meal plan for toning up

Hey guys,
I really want to tone up before my wedding but i’m having a hard time finding a meal plan - does anyone have any suggestions? Smiley smile thanks -

    I've been eating like this for the last 7 years but have recently gone a little more extreme but eating a plant-based diet (vegan) does wonders for your health. Lately I've only been eating salads for lunch, curry for dinner, and oatmeal for breakfast with no snacks and it's really helped. Yoga also has been helping me to tone, especially while it's freezing outside and everything is covered in snow, so I am NOT going to go for a run. But yes, cutting out all dairy, meat, eggs, etc really helps... and makes your skin better!

    MyFitnessPal app is working for me! I track everything I eat and basically just try to keep everything healthy.
    I have stopped adding sugar to coffee, tea etc. Don’t drink pop or juice anymore. Cutting out simple things is honestly the best way to go for me

    We have done keto, but it wasn’t sustainable long term for us. We stick to protein and veggies for dinner, and have limited the amount of carbs we eat

    For me counting calories really works - with that being said, be careful as at least with me it has lead to a few break downs (if I couldn't find something within the guidelines then I would opt out of eating all together).

    I've gone Keto since the new year and it has gone me wonders!! Gotta get on an exercise routine to really amp up the results but eating wise it's been helping me so much!
